Hi,

How do you plan to pay!

Depends.
GTech’s baseline cost is 37k (74 Lakhs total). Columbia’s baseline cost is 55k(1 crore, 10 lakhs total).

I’m financing my own education. Didn’t apply for financial aid. Though I think I’ll have to take a part-time job sometime in the middle.

It is expensive. I keep reminding myself that just studying at said universities isn’t going to make a difference. It’s what I make out of that education. That’s how I justify paying the high price.

If I apply to R&D Institutes in India and research for company they might can finance my education.

Is that also an option?
Companies paying for your education? Undergrad also? wow!
Any government scholarships available?

government can pay you max $200 per month so not worth.

I personally believe that if your family cannot afford to educate you in the US, you should apply for financial aid. Yes, this does severely detract your chances in many colleges, but in my eyes, no education justifies graduating college with a one crore loan.

There ARE college that are rather generous with international financial aid; it’s up to you to do your research and find them :)
