<p>Anyone know how we pay our tuition +other fees for Berkeley? Is the tuition payment broken down, by semesters? And how much will it cost without financial aid.</p>
<p>For some reason I can only find yearly fees which approximate my cost at around 30kish, but I'm curious to as how this is broken down because I have to pay for my own stuff.</p>

<p>It is currently $6,696.25 per semester + the proposed increase of 9.6% (which will most likely go through tomorrow unfortunately 
)</p>
<p>So that works out to (6,696.25*2) + 1068 = total of $14,460 per year TOTAL (with the increase)</p>
<p>I have to pay my own fees as well (virtually no financial aid) and this fee increase REALLY SUCKS!! …for those of us paying our own way through we really get badly screwed! …to the point where it gets nearly impossible to attend!!!</p>
<p>** NOTE that the above is only for TUITION/FEES (does not include any housing related expenses).</p>
<p>how big of a difference is it between having financial aid and not having it like yourself victor? I heard that blue and gold program pays for all your tuition…so they give you 14,460 and you dont have to pay anything out of your own pocket?</p>

<p>Sharing that pain with another budget cut and tuition hike… Wish California had better ways with dealing with the budget then slashing education, oh well I suppose.</p>
