<p>Whenever I try to input the credit card info. on the submission page, it always rejects the transaction. It just says "Declined 62." AFAIK, the credit card hasn't been cancelled and is completely valid. Anyone else have this problem? </p>
<p>btw, I'm applying as a transfer, hence the reason why I'm still using CA in April</p>
