<p>I payed for two colleges online about two weeks ago with a credit card. The status arrow is still red. It says that they've been downloaded and gives a date. What's the deal?</p>
<p>I'm here to ask the same thing, only my payments show "submitted" and not downloaded and there are red arrows on them all. They've shown up on my credit card record and I've gotten emails confirming all but one transaction (although that one also showed up on my cc statement). It's probably nothing, but it's bugging me. I don't want some small glitch to hold up the process.</p>
<p>If anyone knows what's going on, please let us know.</p>
