<p>D has had the PDF Generation spinning wheel for quite a while (I didn't check the time so I'm not sure but at least 30 minutes). Does this mean it is really, really, really slow or that it is not going to happen in this lifetime. The message says to "Be Patient." Does anyone know how long one should be patient before giving up?</p>
<p>When we did it this morning, it was instant. I would just hit back and try again. There is no problem in going back at that point.</p>
