:-h I also got a B in gym freshman year.

From Stanford’s admissions [website](http://www.stanford.edu/dept/uga/application/freshman/transcripts.html):
The Ivy League schools are similar, but they might give more weight to freshman-year grades than Stanford does. If you got the B because you wouldn’t participate or you think gym is beneath you or something, that attitude might hurt you if it comes across in other parts of your application, but the grade itself won’t have much of an effect.

Bs in academic classes are more detrimental, but those are very advanced classes for a freshman and it looks like you’ve improved, so I don’t think those are the end of the world either. Even so, I think people who make threads about single grades are often missing the point. Stanford is the most selective university in the country, and you probably won’t get in no matter what (even if you never got any Bs in your life).
