Good luck to you all guys! Hope you get pulled out soon!
I’m probably going to PEA as a non repeat upper…

EternalTime, Exeter’s yield was 63% last year. There is certainly a chance they will go to the waitlist.

On the other hand, I’m almost certain that Exeter was slightly overenrolled last year–and this year, on the website, the admission office reports accepting fewer students than they have in decades. As Dive points out, they more or less account for their yield in their admits; last year, for example, their yield was lower than Andover’s, but their number of admits was higher.

Still, people do occasionally get off the waitlist–how is the great mystery!

Best of luck to everyone! If you want to be taken off the waitlist, show it to them!

TomTheCat!
So glad to see that you are active again! Were you ever on any waitlists when you applied?

Thanks! Yeah, I was on the Deerfield waitlist, but I didn’t hang around long. I remember really liking Deerfield when I visited, though.

Do you know which college are you going next year?

Yep! University of Edinburgh, Scotland. Not many PA students go outside of the US for college, but it works well for me because I live in the UK. Nice place :)
