Here's my situation: I'll be graduating undergrad in two years. At the time of graduation I'll be CPA eligible. Will joining the peace corps right after graduation reduce or increase my chances at being accepted into the big four?

No, because on campus recruiting is the easiest way to get in.

You are joining the Peace Corps for all the wrong reasons then. Get the hell out of here.

How about if I get an internship, and then when I’m done with peace corps go get a masters degree? Or is going for a masters degree a complete waste of time?
Also, I will have a lot of experience because I’ll probably be teaching people better accounting practices.

I’m not joining the peace corps to get into the big four. I want to join it because of other reasons. Anyways, doesn’t the ends justify the means. No reason to be so cruel

I actually made this thread because one of the things that are holding me back from joining the peace corps is not being able to get as good as a job that I would otherwise

You can do Big Four then Peace Corps.
