Peer Evaluation: Best friend, brother, or volunteer friend

Having trouble deciding who should write my peer evaluation.
I want my best friend to write it, but my brother thinks that he should do it. I partially agree with him because my BFF is not a great writer, and I worry that grammatical (and other) errors might make me look bad (I know that sound like a horrible friend).
I also worry that having my brother write it is not the best idea because he is obviously biased.
I also thought of getting my friend, who works at the department where I volunteer. But, I worry that she might not have enough specific anecdotes.
Who do you guys think should write my peer evaluation?
I would really appreciate any input!

My daughter had her big sister write it and she got accepted. Plus, whether it’s your best friend or your brother, I think Dartmouth will understand that both are biased. Nearly all peer evaluations are likely biased to one degree or another.

Go with whomever can provide the best combination of knowing you well and can write a good letter that will provide insight into who you are.
