Would it be okay to have the Peer Evaluation written by a parent? I'm sure someone has already asked this, but I searched and couldn't find it.

I don’t think it is okay (I’m guessing, I could be wrong about this completely), just because the title states “Peer.” I personally thought it referenced only to friends that can fill it out (but i could be wrong, since I haven’t researched on this)

No. Parents should not write it.

No, it is not okay.

“Who can write your Peer Evaluation? Anyone whom you consider to be a “peer” (this should not be a letter from someone who is “an adult presence in your life”). Here are a few examples: a classmate or teammate from college or high school; your brother, sister or cousin; a co-worker; your lab partner; your debate partner; your partner in crime (not literally); etc.”
