Peer evaluation -- typed?

My friend asked me whether to type or handwrite the peer evaluation. She prefers typing, and I read from AskDartmouth that typing is more preferable. The PE form is in PDF format so she cannot type on it. If my friend chooses to type it, does she simply abandon the second page of PE (the statement) and attach another sheet with the statement?

Thanks in advance!

Print out the PE form and have friend adjust word document margins and spacing of his/her recommendation/comments to fit in the space(s) provided. It might take printing recommendation a few times - practice on white paper and hold against PE form up to a light to better see how well it fits. Once satisfied with word document placement, run PE form through printer and you will have a neatly printed and aligned recommendation.

As an alternative you could scan the document and type on top of the image. Or if you’re feeling retro find a typewriter somewhere. I personally went with the former.
