Is the friend recommendation meant to be typed on the computer, printed out and then sent in the mail?

Or is supposed to be printed off and written by hand?

do you send in mail or online?

I'm confused!

thanks

…

ummm it’s suppposed to be sent via mail… it’s an offsite supplement
and ummm i think it has to be handwritten i’m not so sure…
i’m having my bff writing my peer evalution too hehe

The Peer Evaluation can either be handwritten or typed. You should give it to a person who knows it well along with an addressed and postage-paid envelope for the admissions office. When you friend completes it make sure that they mail it in for you.

Hope all is going well,

thank you very much!

The Dartmouth admission office scans all hardcopy once it is received, so you save them a step if everything is sent in electronically, including the peer evaluation. As I’ve heard it from an admission person, when your friend is sending in the peer evaluation via email, they should include in the subject line the applicant’s name, date of birth and the name of the high school they attend.

My friend hand-wrote it, but I don’t think it will make any big difference.
