<p>I was just asked by my friend (who is applying ED to dartmouth) to write a peer rec. What, exactly, should I talk about in this? Also, how long are they usually? Thanks!</p>
<p>The one my friend wrote was about a page and a half single spaced. She wrote about what we did together, how we knew each other, and since we've only known each for about a year and a half, how and why we're remarkably close for that time. Don't just make a list of superlatives -- my friend is smart and funny and awesome, etc. -- write about why you like your friend, specific things he/she's done for you (called you when you were sick? helped you study for a test?).</p>
