Soooo, I need to pick a place to stayyyy. I'm looking for something under $600/mo., individual lease, with personal bathrooms. I really like the location and atmosphere of Pegasus Pointe, and it's only $585 for a 2br/ 2 bath. The 24 hour gym is a big plus for me too. I was wondering what any of you guys thought about this place, or if there were any nice places nearby that I should check out. I was in Orlando until this morning looking around, but got sick and couldn't finalize. I'll be back in two weeks though, and will be orientationing and finishing my housing and everythingggg.

Somebody help?

It gets a little seedy at night, but it’s cheap and close by.

I went to look a Pegasus Pointe a couple weeks ago and I didn’t like the vibe I got from it. There seemed to be a lot of rough looking people there. It didn’t look safe at all. It’s sister property Knights Circle (Pegasus Landing) looks a lot better. The staff is very nice and helpful and they’re in the process of renovating all the buildings. I think it’s a little cheaper than Pegasus Pointe. I already signed the lease for Knight’s Circle. Also,if they’re still doing the ‘spin the wheel’ you can get up to $50 off of rent per month. Good luck Sterling’s really nice but it’s pricier.

Ari-

My daughter attended UCF during the 2006-2007 before transferring up to FSU, and I do remember her saying negative things about the Pegasus properties.

She lived at the (??) Village at Alafaya… I think that’s the way I remember the name.

It was a very nice place, at least back then.

Good luck!

Yeah, I visit Orlando periodically and have looked at most of these places, I’m pretty cool with the vibe of them all. I didn’t go into the leasing office at Knight’s Circle last time because I ended up getting really sick and throwing up all in Pegasus Pointe’s bathroom XD

What kind of negative things did she say, Inv? And the Village at Alafaya looks nice, but they appear to only be offering 4 bedrooms. I was looking for 1 or two roommates at the most.

Thanks so much for the feedback guyss I was actually supposed to go down on Monday and lease up, but I had a scholarship interview.
