<p>I was recently put under the pending/additional information area of the decision process which means that they want to see my 7th semester grades. This semester has honesty been the hardest out of all of them due to having so many problems at home that led to me not doing so well in 2 of my classes. I asked 2 of my teachers to help me explain the situation since they are familiar with it through a recommendation letter to send to them. Do you think that I have practically ruined my chances of actually getting accepted into the Explorative Studies program or is there still any hope? I will be going to Purdue next week to meet my admissions counselor along with my parents and also get a tour. I hope that it will somehow help in me personally explaining what has been going on.</p>
