<p>It should mean that they’re going to look at your application fairly soon. If I remember correctly, my application as a freshman went from complete to pending review, stayed there for about a week or so, and then a decision was posted.</p>
<p>my application status has been at pending review for almost two weeks now. so hopefully i get a decision soon.</p>
