Penn 2017 ED Discussion Thread

But this afternoon, you’re going to Skimmer Fest! [Hopefully. ;)]

I am! I’m in SPEC concerts so I’m helped make it happen!

^ It’s a good thing that Penn’s admissions office figured out that it needed to admit you. No laodicean, no Skimmer Fest!

This afternoon, have fun in the sun.

Skimmer Fest was awesome!

I just made plans to stay over night with my friend at Penn on Saturday the 6th and then go to some classes on Columbus Day. Can’t wait!

I have a friend coming down then too! Who’s your friend? (PM me)

^ Dudes, don’t you realize that you’re talking about each other? :p

Applying ED to Huntsman, which is always a crap shoot. Split between putting my backup as CAS or Wharton. Definitely want to attend Wharton, but is it better to apply directly or attempt to transfer in (something that my friend did with only a 3.6 his first year.)

Haha, I’m afraid we’re not. Although that’s quite the coincidence.

^ I don’t know about that–after all, you are both from Connecticut . . . . ;)

Is everyone ready for the SAT? I’m pretty confident. In Nov I’m taking the SAT ii for Math and US History. Math is cake but US History O.o

Let’s go classmates. I’m going for CAS ED!!

rahveal09, just took the SAT yesterday, probably bombed it. hahaha Well there is always Nov…

Penn night life is fantastic. I went out last night with a friend of mine and had a great time. I also went to Fels with my Penn-friend and other Penn students to study today. Fels is a very nice building, even though there’s a creepy looking Ben Franklin statue that stares at you as you enter.

bumpin mah thread

^ bumping your thread again  Anyone else applying ED?

Does anyone know when we start receiving interview information?

I’m so conflicted. I have under a week to decide if I want to significantly reduce my acceptance chances by applying to Wharton or if I want to go with a less desired major but a better chance of getting in by going CAS.

Follow your heart man! If wharton is where you wanna go, then don’t waste your energy applying to another school.

does anyone know when interview notifications will start going out? ED CAS thats whats up
