Hey all. Wondering if I could get some help here.

My girlfriend is applying ED Penn, and the portal isn’t working for us. As in, when we enter the username/pass, nothing happens. Is this normal and we just have to keep trying or…? I’m wondering if this is something we’re doing wrong on our end.

Thanks

Hal

The portal works fine. You may not have the right username or password?

is anyone else’s online reply not working?

Hey guys, I got into Penn but I’m pretty underqualifed so I think there might be something suspicious about this. Is there any way for me to call someone at Penn to confirm I got the right decision?

Accepted. M & T program…

Hi all! I was recently accepted to Wharton and needed to take some time to calm down before writing this. I just want those of you to know that your numbers aren’t everything. I’m an Asian female from an upper-middle class family. I have no hooks and my scores/GPA are pretty good but certainly not the highest. I remember visiting these forums, looking for more information on my dream school only to leave feeling discouraged. I almost did not apply to Wharton because I thought myself not good enough.

My advice for those of you who are deferred/planning to apply regular: Pour your heart into that application; you got once chance to show what you’re about so if want Penn then right them a love letter. My college guidance counsellor suggests writing a brief letter that outlines your deep passion for the school should you be deferred, which I believe can make all the difference.

Congrats to those who were accepted! Everyone else, keep your head up; you will find a place where you will succeed, Penn or not.

accepted!! A&S. woohoo! Although I never posted in here, i felt like you were all some creepy/nice virtual family :)

Accepted to the NHCM Dual Degree program at the School of Nursing/Wharton!! Congratulations everybody (:

Deferred M & T. Well, I guess its alright. I tried my best. :)

What kinds of grades would be acceptable to prevent their rescinding of our admission?

I’m a little concerned because I’ve had a 4.0 all of high school but now for this quarter, some classes have been nearly impossible to get 'A’s in. It’s not due to senioritis - I’ve been trying even harder this quarter but I may pull a few B’s.

^I’ve heard that low A’s with maybe a few B’s is acceptable. What you really want to avoid, from what I’ve heard, is getting a C or below. That could mess you up.

Accepted: School of Nursing!
