But I think that it’s important not to commit the same mistake by besmirching the general quality and reputation of The Daily Pennsylvanian based on a single opinion piece. The DP happens to be one of the most highly regarded college newspapers in the country, with numerous national awards, and several Pulitzer Prize-winners and lots of prominent journalists (NY Times, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Time, etc.) among its alumni:</p>
