<p>Penn said their admissions decisions will be made by April 1. I know all of the ED applicants were able to check their portals on the same night at the same time. Is it possible for my admission decision to become available on my portal before April 1? Could I possible find out before other regular decision applicants? Is checking my portal 10 times a day just a waste of time? Ughhh I'm soo nervous and anxious and excited all at the same time. I just want to get in so badly!</p>
<p>You have no reason to check before April 1 unless news comes out that decisions will be made earlier.</p>
<p>RD admissions decisions are scheduled to be released on March 29th this year. That’s 3 fewer days to wait! :)</p>

<p>Oh, and you don’t get your results on the Penn Applicant Portal. You get them on the Penn Decisions Portal! That is: <a href=“https://www.admissions.upenn.edu/decisions/mydecision.php[/url]”>https://www.admissions.upenn.edu/decisions/mydecision.php</a> </p>
<p>Currently on ED Applicants can get their results (obviously); once all the RD results are ready to be released, they will be! It’ll be on March 29.</p>
<p>Decisions are obviously made at different times, but in the interest of fairness, Penn does not release its decisions for individuals. The date of March 29 (probably at 5PM?) is the same for every regular decision applicant, so there is actually no reason to check for it before the specified date/time.</p>
<p>Yeah, ED was 5 PM EST on December 9, 2011. I remember it like it was yesterday. As in, on the dot, 5:00:00 PM EST, you could see the results. Very professional and lovely!</p>
