<p>I am scheduled to attend university in my home country(Jamaica) in August where i will be majoring in mechanical engineering. I am interested in transferring to Penn or Cornell. I didnt do too well in high school or on the SAT but I know I can improve greatly on that because I am commited in attending Penn or Cornell.I plan on applying as junior transfer. HS gpa 3.3, SAT 1660. So what shoul I do?</p>
