Penn-assigned I.D. number??

Hello everyone,

I've received my username and password for the upenn application portal. I'm an international student and on the financial forms that I've to fax to penn, they require me to fill in a "Penn-assigned I.D. number" - any idea if this number is somewhere inside my portal...?? The emails that contained my portal login info dont mention anything about a further email containing such a number. Please clarify!

Thanks :)

I’m also an international applicant, but i don’t see my so-called “Penn-assigned I.D. number” either.

Damn :frowning: Hopefully someone can help us!

Bump… I am having the same problem. Has anybody received their Penn I.D. number and if so, how?

You will get an email with your ID soon. My son got his last week. They are just backed up.

AVHSDad, so they send you another email with your Penn I.D. number? or do you have one after you have a PennPortal?

The Penn ID number we’re talking about is the one used to access the PennPortal.
You should get two emails with the title “MyPenn Applicant Portal”.
The first has your User Name and web link.
The second has your temporary password.
When you log in, “My Application Info” tab shows your application status detail.
The “My Bulletin Board” tab shows any messages.

Email eapps@admissions.upenn.edu asking for your University ID number. It’s 9 digits.

to OP, are you an ED student?
Why would you need to send them your financial information now?

Comes in the mail iirc
