Do I have any chance for ED Penn ???
What should I do to improve my RD chances?? what makes me a good applicant for top 30 schools ??

Thank you !

Can I write the things that I donT have certification documents?? probably no... but I do lots of other stuff without document =)

Your chances aren't very good at all.

2% unless they are actively recruiting Folk Dancers.

Penn holds internationals to an even higher standard than most others. I believe less than 10% of international EDs get in. Sorry to say it, but I believe you would be better off using your ED at another school and maybe trying to transfer into Penn after two years there, if Penn is still where you really want to go.

thank you... any other comments.. I want to improve my regular applications... so give me advice
What can I do... what is missing in my application =?
