<p>All of you feeling depressed don't. It's not going to help your chances at all especially if any of that depression permeates into your essays. There is like a week left of working on your application and then the process is out of ours hands and into the adcoms' hands. Besides making your app perfect and writing a killer essay, there is nothing left that you can do. Penn is a school that wants students who want Penn so applying ED is a huge boost. They also don't want the whole class full with kids who are just smart and in the same type of academic clubs, Penn strives for diversity. And don't be so harsh on those kids who think they are getting in. The people who think that are really more insecure about getting into Penn, their cockiness is just a coat of their pure nervousness. Well, I'm done with my app and it is sent in so hopefully the adcoms can see all the passion in my app. Good luck everyone on finishing their apps and getting into Penn.</p>

<p>HAHA, NEVER. but yeah, vandy's a good safety, except that its in NASHVILLE. But the camus is wonderful, even if the architure is nothing to write home about (........). </p>
<p>the conference is going crappily. there were two topics for discussion, and me and my partner divided the two. She didnt do hers, and i had to argue for 9 hours about something i knew nothing about. plus, it really hurts cuz now that we're on my topic, I'm doing REALLY good. but everybody is just sabotaging other peoples stuff, ignoring their countries' policy, and voting down stuff just so that their resolution will get more attention. I had an agreement with France, UK, and Australia to vote for each other's resolution. They welshed, and we lost 15-14. Wow i'm ticked! I am the ONLY person who is speaking properly, following policy, following procedure, and actually voting on things by their MERIT, rather than just what makes me LOOK GOOD.</p>
