<p>Some schools ask to put name, DOB, social security number on top of the document that is to be submitted. Do I have to do it for Penn too? Well, the application does not say anything about it, but I just wanted to make sure.</p>

<p>they do it automatically if you print preview, as well as a number that I assume is your app # (cause its not an SSN)</p>
