<p>On page 2 of the Penn Financial Aid Supplement (PFAS), I'm not sure if I understand #9 correctly. </p>

<p>The question is: List all those in your household dependent upon (i.e., supported by) your parent(s) in 2009-2010. Include yourself, your parent(s) (or your custodial parent if your parents are divorced/separated), your (step) brothers and (step) sisters, and other relatives. </p>

<p>Are my parents considered "dependent upon" themselves (because they both provide income)? Or am I only supposed to list my parents if they DO NOT provide income and are therefore dependent upon someone else?</p>
