Is Penn more of a humanities/business school or is it great for sciences too. I know it’s an Ivy, excellent university, and that it will have top departments in every discipline but I want to know how it stacks up against other universities? I want to major in biology with a pre-med track… and I’ve been told Penn is good for that because there are lots of opportunities to volunteer in or get time in hospitals and do research and stuff. I wanted to know how true that is.

does the nobel prize count for anything? and yes, there is a practically on-campus hospital. I see you are from CT also. REPRESENT

good job answering the question, it is geared more towards a well rounded college, however within certain realms of schools i.e. chem eng nano eng. etc in engineering it's tops
