<p>It’s required for the financial aid application
I received a short letter saying they received my application, as well as a letter with my financial aid application, but in no where can I find my Penn ID Number.
And another thing I noticed, Penn doesn’t have an email you can send questions to! Only phone numbers… I searched all over the page</p>
<p>are you sure you have the financial aid application for new applicants entering in september 2007?</p>
<p>if it's asking for an 8-digit number, that's the student identification number that you get after you matriculate...</p>
