congrats penn! hahah i am so happy i don’t know why I don’t even attend/can’t attend because I am not in my school’s top 10% but oh well I will always really respect the school wooo!

Not that it matters on this Penn thread, but did anyone notice that when there is a tie the colleges are listed in alphabetical order . . . except at #8, where Columbia is listed ahead of Chicago? What a dis!

Doubtless you are right, since Tulane is listed before Miami at #50, and UCSD before Rochester at #35. The magazine itself probably even says "University of . . . "

But if we are using proper names, shouldn’t Leland Stanford Jr. Memorial University be listed before Massachusetts Institute of Technology?

but don’t even look at ratings- i truly believe that if we didn’t give so much attention to our grad students too, we’d be #1. u know, there are opportunities at penn that u just can’t get anywhere else. it’s awesome 2 have access to all 12 schools.

penn is just an amazing place, and those who know it, don’t need a ranking to confirm it

It should be WHYPS because MIT/Caltech are too different to be put in the same boat and because Wharton is considered almost Harvard-quality by many and because WHYPS just sounds cool.
