<p>ThomasH32, you say "Every year since 1991, the lowest Penn ever fell was #6" in USNEW, but according to Daily Pennsylvanian, Penn was #16 in 1994 and Penn broke into top ten in 1997.</p>
<p>Probably a typo- he most likely meant 16.</p>
<p>I apologize. Penn was at #6 in 1991. Istill have that issue. I'm not saying you are wrong and I am right, I'm sure there was a mix up somewhere. Regardless, I think Penn is a great school, either at #6 or #16. :)</p>
<p>it always suprises me when people call penn a weak ivy ... but i'm obviously biased. aside from that, you should really consider aspects of the two schools apart from the rankings - i mean this is your one college experience. for example, which city do you like more, which campus gives you a better feel, what type of atmosphere do you want to be surrounded by ... one thing to keep in mind is that while the college at penn is larger than the other undergraduate schools, the wharton presence is pretty palpable at times ...</p>
