<p>I submitted my common app, supplement, teacher and guidance counselor rec all at the same time online at the end of december.</p>
<p>however on my portal it shows as receiving only the common app and supplement nothing else...</p>
<p>what is going on?</p>
<p>(also my TOEFL was sent from the ets office on 12/29 and that is not showing up either/.)</p>
<p>ya, i'm having the same problem as you. I logged in to my portal and found out they haven't received my sec school report (transcript, recs, etc) and my SAT I/II scores. I'm sure I sent the scores, so I don't know what's up there. My sec school report hasn't been downloaded yet, so that's why they don't have it, but I'm worried about the scores not being received. Anybody else with this problem?</p>
<p>well i don't think you guys have to worry about it.. you see, i haven't even received an email from Penn about receiving my application, not to mention Penn Portal ID! So well, the office must be really flooding with apps and mails at the moment to be clear with anything!</p>
<p>They'll contact us later on if they're still missing anything, I think. Because right now they're struggling just to get everything on the computer.</p>

i am so worried. at what point should i call them up?

<p>Lol... their estimates keep going up and up and up. On their website it said allow two weeks for processing. Then I got an email that said allow three weeks after an inquiry of mine. Now someone is saying their saying four weeks. It seems to me Penn has had quite a few more applicants than they expected and/or have experienced before... we'll find out in a couple of days as Penn is expected to release their application numbers.</p>

<p>haha im glad to know im not the only one, my teacher recs and counselor rec is missing, but i did turn my counselor rec past the deadline on the 13. I think penn is being flooded with apps and is just quite busayy.</p>
<p>Yea -- I have friends that haven't received their Penn Portal stuff yet and I also have friends who's online recs are also missing. When one of the friends that's missing their Penn Portal stuff called, Penn told him they were really behind and were extending fin aid deadlines.</p>
<p>Same here. I wonder how many applications they've received...Penn is really behind.</p>
<p>DO NOT WORRY about it, i had the same problem when I got my Penn Portal. It was like late Jan. and I was missing a teacher rec while everything else was received in mid December. But it got updated 2 weeks later. </p>
<p>Not only do they have SO MUCH crap to go through, they don't update the portal that often which even delays it longer. I mean unless they contact you to send something, there is nothing to worry about.</p>
