<p>Why does the penn portal still say tracking will be available shortly. It's been soooo long! How can they start reading apps if they don't tell us what could be missing. Should I be concerned? or are there many of you out there saying the same thing. Does anyone have a penn portal that shows something different?</p>

<p>Thanks guys. I guess they are overwhelmed with the volume of applicants. 17% rise in ED applicants.</p>
