You obviously have a chance if you don’t ruin your essay or have horrible letters of recommendation. My question is how insanely competitive your school is that you’re only rank 9 of your class? o_o"</p>

<p>Son was accepted last year. WHat we found out was that SATs and Grades are important but the deciding factor for most people was an excellent essay and great letters from your teacher. Without them you won’t get in regardless of your scores. Spend the time on the essay!!!</p>
