Penn Recommendation Question...

<p>Penn's App has two recommendation forms. My question is this: If you are submitting a supplemental recommendation, do you print one of the forms? Or is there an optional reference form? Thanks a bunch.</p>

<p>If I'm getting a recommendation from an employer do I even need them to fill out a form? Or do they just provide the letter? (I ask because the forms they provide are specifically tailored to teachers - e.g. 'Subject of Course' and 'Dates Taught')</p>

<p>i did the online application and just had the information sent via email to my professors; however, i did submit a third recommendation last week in the form of a simple letter.</p>
