Penn SEAS Pros & Cons Please?

Decision time for me. Torn between the engineering programs at USC & Penn. Realizing they are very different schools in several ways but in love with the USC vibe & weather. Prestige & outcomes for graduates of Penn are noted. We are trying to make the right decision. Parents want Penn for all of its opportunities & student would do well there. Can someone who knows please give the pros & cons of being an undergraduate student at Penn? More specifically, the Pros & Cons of the SEAS program (Materials or Chemical engineering in particular. Not interested at all in CS.) Attending Quaker Days this weekend. Any tips on the social vibe for undergraduates would help. How is the Greek system?
