Penn State Admission Help!

Hi everyone!
I was just wondering if I could get an idea of how much money I would get in terms of scholarships/financial aid with my achievements in high school.
3.6 gpa (uw)
2210 sat scores
President of a club (non academic)
Junior varsity for cross country
I know Penn State doesn't give much in terms of scholarships but if could just get an idea that'd be awesome!
Thanks!

Penn state will not give you any scholarships. They’re extremely hard to obtain even for people with stellar stats. ARe you a PA resident?

Penn State gives (minimal) financial aid to PA residents. If you’re not one of those, you won’t get anything beside the federal loan ($5,500 as a freshman, that’s it). If you’re applying to Eberly, Engineering, or Mineral Science, you might get a small scholarship regardless of whether you’re instate or not, but it’s not sufficient to offset even room&board, let alone tuition.
If you want academic scholarships for your stats, look into Pitt or Temple, OSU, or UMaryland.

^^^Actually, PSU these last two years has been giving small Provost scholarships to kids with greater than 2100 SAT scores. I’m not sure how the GPA weighs into the Provost or if it needs to be over some number like 3.75. An in state kid with your SAT can usually expect 1500 a year for the first 2 years.

Yes, I am a PA resident. Does that help at all? And could you explain the Provost scholarships a bit more too?

As others stated above, Penn State does not give much scholarship/merit money. Check this info on the website:

All accepted students are considered for the Provost Scholarship, no application necessary. I know of two students who received it. One with above average stats accepted to UP for engineering (I know of many with similar stats who did not receive the scholarship), and one who was accepted to a branch but was borderline for UP. It seems a bit random. You could look for scholarships within the college of your admission, or through the listings on Naviance.

Your need based financial aid is determined by your FAFSA.
