<p>I am either going to go to Virginia Tech or Penn State University Park, and I need to know whether or not Penn State offers any carpooling services that allow students to post rides that need passengers/passengers that need rides on a website or other means of communication? Virginia Tech has a "Rideboard" which allows students to do such a thing. I'd like this because I intend to take a weekend to go back to New Jersey every month or so, and a carpooling service like that would be really useful for me to keep costs down.</p>
