Penn state chance?

<p>I have never done this before, so bear with me here </p>

<p>GPA: 4.29 on a 5.0 = 3.43 on a 4.0
ACT: 29</p>

<p>I have never taken an AP class but this year I am.
I love the weather. </p>

<p>I participated in a paid summer research internship at the National Centers for Environmental Prediction, I will be presenting my scientific research at the National Weather Association Conference in October. </p>

<p>Went to a weather camp during the summer before my junior year,
I have shadowed TV Meteorologists here in Chicago,
I have taken an active role in my passion in weather, and applied it to my studies. Between Freshman and Sophomore years i was a B average student, after this weather camp i got straight A's Junior year. </p>

<p>Does any of this matter to them, or am I just numbers? Do you think I have a chance of getting in?</p>
