<p>GPA is low for Penn UPark. Seems you have no APs either as WGPA= UW. Are you in state? If you raise the GPA a bit you have a OK chance to UPark but better to a off main campus location…keep in mind that Penn State transfers all students to UPark after 2 yrs in another location for most majors.
