Happy household!! Son was accepted today (12/8) to University Park for Computer Science. The TO button disappearing the night before really is a great indicator that a decision is coming soon.
Agreed about the TO button! My daughter was accepted to Eberly College of Science for Forensic Science. Yay! I went there for Engineering so looking forward to seeing my daughter at Penn State!
The test optional button is on the left side below the SRAR. If you are looking on your phone you will need to click the profile button at top left and then that info will pop up on left side. Hope that helps and good luck!
Expect honors college decisions early March.
Thank you, I see “Change My Test-Optional Answer”.
wow, that was a long wait but worth it!!!
Any acceptances for Nursing that were test optional?
My D22 went Test Optional Nursing with 4.5 GPA, 9AP/8 honors, EC, strong essay etc very similar to others who probably did or did not get in. She did NOT get UP, we are OOS so not doing commonwealth campus they offered her. She had an ACT score we didn’t submit bc it was on the low end of the UP 50% range- I wonder if that was a mistake. She’s also accepted to Pitt for nursing and waiting on many more. Disappointed in my alma mater for her, her brother is Freshman at UP.
Yes, you have a chance to get accepted. School will accept middle range kids too so don’t give up! Good luck!
