OK I ruled out Clemson last night. Down to 2. Any Nittany Lions or Terps that can tell me what they have loved about their school? What about the amount of classes taught by TA's? Activities? School spirit? Social life?

I'm a senior at Penn State University Park. Ha, I feel like I have given the speech a hundred times. Ok, I will try to throw it into a nutshell. Basically, I really love Penn State. Everyone loves it here. It really is a special place that you will leave you wishing for another four years. The campus is covered in people wearing Penn State clothing and football games are amazing. It is overwhelming for the first day or two, but after that you quickly meet people and the campus does not feel big at all. Maryland is also a great school, but if you pick Penn State you will never regret it. I hope you have visited both because that will help you with your decision. Best of luck.

I have been noticing for years and years that everybody loves Penn State. People from other schools are not so unanimous. Maryland is a great place, too, of course, but people seem a little less positive about it. It has a better location with regard to getting to a major city, though. That is a big plus.

I'll be a freshman at Penn State this year. Penn State has amazing school spirit last Saturday was the Blue and White Game. The Blue and White Game is basically a scrimmage, yet 73,000 people came to watch this game. Everyone that I have talked to said they love it. I have talked to some seniors and they wish that they could stay for another four years.

I love Penn State's school spirit. I love the wide variety of clubs available (over 660). I love THON and I love tailgating and football games.

Have you visited both?
