Does the honors college see the personal statement essay on the regular application? I am planning on using the same topic for my response to one of the honors college questions as I did for the personal statement. Will this be okay? If you are unsure as to whether or not they see the regular application, can you comment on whether it’s acceptable to have two essays on the same topic assuming they see both applications.
no they do not. However, the questions for SHC are quite specific. I recommend not being lazy

I don’t know if they see both, but I think it is likely. I would not reuse topics - it is lazy. You’re applying for the honors college, show them (and you) that you belong there!
@crawleytownfc @luvthej is, I believe, a professor at PSU. So I’m guessing he/she would know! I would recommend not re-using the same topic whether they see it or not…only because the risk is high if you do, and no downside if you don’t.
