<p>hello, i just got accepted to penn state-york and was wondering if this is a psu branch that is really easy to get accepted into? Also are all branch campuses easy to get into, or are some easier than others?</p>

<p>well, we live very close to Penn State York. I would say that it is generally thought of as an easier satellite to get into. It does not really have a campus, and unfortunately, you will be taking classes with a lot of people who went to high school in York. We live in York County (southern) and my daughter knows of at least 5 people from schools in the area who will be going to PSyork. I have heard Altoona and Berks are more competitive and more like a traditional college experience.</p>
