Penn State University Park Engineering Chances?

I'm currently a senior at a top 15 highschool in Pennsylvania (I believe we're number 12 according to our Standardized Test Scores). I'm interested in either Chemical Engineering or Political Science, but I'd really love to be an engineer. Through three years I have a 3.8 weighted GPA, a 3.67 unweighted GPA, a 1930 on my SAT (670 math, 630 Reading, 630 Writing). I've been involved in NHS, three different clubs, I've helped coach youth baseball teams, I've umpired, worked at Sheetz (currently employed if that helps) and helped with a cub scout pack. What are my chances at getting into Penn State's engineering program (please don't use the bs "your stats aren't everything" answer).

Forgot to mention I’ve taken 6 honors courses among various different subjects and have taken one AP class, while being enrolled in two AP classes and one CHS class currently.
