<p>What are my chances at getting into Penn State University Park:</p>

<p>GPA: 4.0 (97)
Class Rank 9/65
SAT:1470/2400 or 1050/1600
Took 4 AP and all honors classes
Live on family dairy farm
Started and own a local company, I am the CEO of a legit LLC</p>

<p>I know gpa is high but low sat, what do you think my chances are?</p>

<p>At this point, its kind of hard to tell. Your GPA is great, but the fact that your SAT is so low makes it seem inflated. </p>

<p>Perhaps you have other ECs and a winning essay that would cover the SAT.</p>

<p>I’d say Low Reach. Not impossible, but other aspects of your application definitely will need to cover that test score.</p>

<p>Well my ECs include me winning first place in FBLA, winning first place in the Wilks Engineering Olympics, winning first place in Lockheed Martin robotics competition, and volunteer work at Habitat for Humanity. Seem any better?</p>

<p>I think it’s a high match and they’ll hopefully see that SAT just isn’t your thing.</p>
