<p>First time on this- my daughter is torn between Penn State University Park and University of Delaware, any opinions? suggestions?</p>
<p>Is one or the other going to be less expensive for your family? If so, by how much?</p>
<p>They seem to be quite similar in price range, University of Delaware will be slightly less, not a significant amount less though</p>
