Penn State vs UPenn Computer Science

Hello everyone!

I am applying to Penn State and UPenn, and I would say I’m relatively competitive for both universities. Since I have applied already, I wanted to know the differences between the two computer science programs. What kind of opportunities do they afford? Which one is better?

Penn CS > Penn State CS, but there’s no reason that you can’t achieve similar goals if you’re willing to work hard----there’ll just be more students.
