I've recently got into Penn State college of Engineering :]
But the adission office said due to numbers of students in University Park,
they had to put me in Altoona which was my second choice.
I was just wondering if there is any academic difference among
all those campuses.

There will be very little difference in the academic level of classes offered at the different campuses. Remember, they are all branches of one university. The coursework has to be the same much as different sections of any class that is taught at a one campus university are essentially the same. The professors at Altoona want you to be ready to complete your program, and they know that many students will elect to do that at the main campus. It will be OK.
