<p>I don’t think you are going to get in with a 1690 or 26, but there’s a chance. </p>

It’s not really a “maybe” thing, just get a decent GPA and transfer is guaranteed BUT if you’re from out of state, you should not do this. All the satellite campuses are commuter schools and it won’t be fun going there from oos, just go to one of your state schools that you can get into. If you can get a good GPA (3.5+) you can transfer to PSU if you want, or somewhere else.</p>
