<p>When I first received my MyPenn ID, I logged in and it said they didn't have my counselor rec & SSR. I called the admission office mid-january and they told me they were still processing things and i should wait til the end of the month. well, we're a week into FEBRUARY and my app status is still missing those two documents. </p>

My daughter had the same problem when she applied ED (she was deferred and is waiting till 4/1). When this happened, she had her guidance counselor call Penn and then fax them whatever they claimed was missing. It took two calls and two faxes, but eventually everything arrived and her portal finally said it was complete. It took a week after these phone calls and faxes for the portal to say complete. I don’t know what they are doing there, but for whatever reason it takes a very long time to iron these things out. Try having your guidance counselor do this for you. Good luck!</p>
<p>yeah mine says like 5 things are missing…but they were sent in nov. and my couselor called and they said they had it but they just havent had time to update profiles</p>
